Starting January 1, 2007 annual membership donation will be  as follows by each member or investigator: Membership (non-investigator) will be $15.00 per year.
Investigator will be $20.00 per year. ***** Dues paid are non-refundable, including leaving the group at anytime.

By requesting a membership or to be an investigator, you agree that have
read the above statement and the new ETPRS Charter, By Laws and Agree to sign the Liability waver.
